Streatham Spare room sublet available for august

I am looking to rent out my room for just over a month (from the 29th of July to the 30th of August(shorter stays are welcome)). I’m imagining this would be ideal for people moving to London and needing a bit of a base to set up their lives / holiday goers who want something cheaper/ longer term than a hotel.

It’s a lovely flat in Streatham, very close to the train station and common. I live with 2 very lovely boys who are fans of keeping things tidy. We also have a very funny wobbly cat who is super chill, friendly and most importantly extremely funny.

Price would be £200 a week (open to some negotiation) and that includes all bills and council tax etc
