Hello everyone,

As one of our housemates is moving out to live with their friends, one bedroom has become available in our homey 4-bedroom house located in a quiet cul de sac in Streatham from the beginning of August.

This is a great location, less than 10 minutes from Streatham station, around 15 minutes from Tooting Bec tube station, various buses and night buses, the Highstreet, multiple parks and a lido 🙂

The house is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a large living and dining room and a small toilet. On the first floor, there are the three rooms and one bathroom to be shared by three people. Then there is the loft with one room and its own.

Your future bedroom comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and has space to fit a small desk and further shelves/storage. It is a nice, warm room with loads of natural light.

The house comes fully equipped, the kitchen has it all, with the advantage of having 2 fridges/freezers and a tumble dryer. There is a back garden which is perfect for a summer BBQ or just some sunbathing. There is also a front parking space, ideal if you have a car, and a garage.

You will be living in a gender- and nationality mixed household (two guys and one girl, aged between 26 and 35). We are all working professionals, easy-going, respectful, and inclusive, so everyone is welcome. One of us is a dog trainer, and has a lovely dog, Kevin, which is one of the cutest and most well-trained dogs you will ever meet.

We are ideally looking for working professionals between 23-50, who are looking for a quiet, clean place to live.

Bills have always ranged between £120-150 (gas & electricity, water, internet, council tax and cleaning service)
