Double room available from 6th August

We're looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to join our lovely home in Streatham.

The available room is a double bedroom located on the ground floor of the house. The house itself is bright and airy, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The shared spaces include:

- Separate office room, ideal for working from home
- Two additional bedrooms occupied by your future housemates

You'll be sharing with two sociable, outdoorsy girls, both are 26. One works in clinical communications and the other for the Environment Agency. Originally from Southampton and Bromsgrove, they're both relatively new to London and enjoy making the most of the city—whether that's going for coffee, walks or to the pub.

The house is situated on a quiet residential road, while still being conveniently located for transport and shops. The house is close to Lidl, Aldi, and a large Tesco for all your shopping needs. Tooting Common and Streatham Common are both just a short walk away, making it a great spot for anyone who enjoys being outdoors.

Getting around is easy, with multiple bus routes providing quick access to Brixton Station in around 15 minutes. The Northern Line is also approximately 15 minutes away, offering excellent connections across London. As well as 3 different Streatham train stations.
