I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my flat, located on a quiet, leafy street just minutes from Streatham High Road. The room will be available from late August/early September.
The flat has a large living/kitchen area fitted with all the mod cons (flat screen TV, sofa, dishwasher, etc). The living room opens onto a private garden furnished with a table and chairs – a nice spot to unwind after work or over the weekend.
The bathroom comes with a jacuzzi bath, and there's also a basement space if you need extra storage for boxes, bikes, whatever doesn't fit in the room.
The room itself is cosy, with a double bed and plenty of storage of its own.
You'd be sharing with just one female flatmate, friendly, tidy, full-time job, and happy to have someone who's easy to live with.
Price is £1000+bills, and the room will be available from end of August.
