We have a spare room available in our homely 3 bed, 2 bathroom flat just off Streatham Common. The double bedroom comes with a bed and built-in wardrobe. Shared garden at the rear and lots of private parking available. 15 min walk to Streatham station with links to London Bridge and central London. Short bus journey to the Northern or Victoria line. Large Tesco supermarket 15 min away.

We are in our later 20s and are both working professionals. Looking for someone to fit into our clean and friendly home. We’re pretty social and love cosy nights in, watching movies, playing videogames and cooking together, but we also appreciate and respect our alone time.

The room is available from last week in August so we’re keen to find someone as soon as. Rent is / 640 pcm + bills (with bills 760 + 654 deposit).
