Looking for a gal to fill a room in my 2 bed flat on a quiet and scenic road in Streatham SW16, 6th September onwards!

My friend and flatmate is sadly moving out of our lovely flat to live with her partner, so I'm looking for someone to replace her from the 6th September onwards - for £900 (bills an additional £175), with a deposit of £900.

The flat is gorgeous and is just off Streatham High Road with access to two train stations (7 min walk to both Streatham (to Blackfriars/St Pancras) or Streatham Common (to Victoria/London Bridge))lots of big supermarkets (Tesco Extra is a five min walk away!), bars, gyms etc. Streatham Common is at the top of the road so while the flat itself has no outdoor space, this more than makes up for it. The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian-era house and has retained its period style but with amazing modern touches.

Your bedroom has lots of storage - two wardrobes and under-bed storage, with space for a desk if needed. The flat is fully furnished.

You’d be sharing with me. I’m a 29 year old civil servant and work from home twice a week. I’ve lived in London for 5 years (originally from the West Mids) and I’m looking for someone like minded who would like a homely and relaxed space to unwind in during a busy week. I’ve lived here almost 2 years and love it!

Our landlady is fantastic and we deal directly with her, so no estate agents involved!
