The housekeeper role
- Clean the communal areas twice a week: kitchen, bathroom, hallway, stairs and landing
- Put bins and recycling out on collection day and bring them back in
- Keep an eye on the house and let the landlord know about any maintenance issues
- Make sure housemates stick to the house rules
- Make sure no unauthorised guests stay at the property, and report it if they do

Duties are set out in a short written agreement alongside the tenancy. All cleaning materials and equipment are provided.
