Room available for 6 months (24 October onwards) - possibility of extension or negotiation for short term let also available.

One bedroom available in 2 bed flat with a large and bright spacious living room and a modern bathroom. Flat is a 3 minute walk from Streatham station and conveniently located to many local amenities. There is a very large garden and I have invested in lots of homely and girly decor to make the place a lovely space to relax and socialise.

The current flatmate is a 26 year old female working in marketing and her hobbies include learning languages, salsa and travelling. She owns a 3 year old miniature Yorkie who is totally adorable and gorgeous company in the house. There are occasional opportunities for earning money through dog sitting for the room occupant so anyone interested should consider themselves a dog lover !

The bedroom is furnished (ottoman bed, two chest of drawers, two clothes rails and a tv attached to the wall). I have lived in this bedroom for a few years and would not be leaving if it wasn’t for my personal circumstances changing.
