Current tenant is moving in with his awesome girlfriend!

The flat is in a fantastic location - it is just off the main street and the side furthest away from the traffic, so it’s close to everything useful and with an excellent view of the garden, but just far away enough so that you can't hear any traffic. It has double glazing throughout.

- 2 minute walk to Streatham overground station (direct line to the city, either on London Bridge line and City Thameslink line). Can get 15 min bus to Brixton for Victoria tube and 10 min bus to Tooting for Northern Line)
- 3 minute walk to huge Tesco's
- Big, 24/7 access gym even closer (The Gym Group)
- Marks & Spencer even closer than that, with Aldi too
- 20 second walk to high street, with a brilliant convenience store right there.
- There are loads of pubs, bars and restaurants close by.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, with a modern bathroom (including heated, LED-lit mirror and a shower that guests always praise!), kitchen (all mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, glass ceramic induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, oven etc, all pretty much new) with all expected kitchen utensils and appliances and a lounge with high ceilings, a large sofa, large windows overlooking the garden and a 42" TV.

The bedroom itself currently has a great wardrobe, chest of drawers and kind-size bed and pocket-sprung mattress (so, basically, very good quality!) There is also a bedside table, chest of drawers and large bookcase. I will add a desk too, if required (current housemate brought his own)

There is also a large communal garden out the back which is great for summer.

Also Sky TV with fast broadband and wifi.

I also have an Alexa (Amazon Echo) in the lounge. Voice-activated lounge lights too.

All bills are included in the price, including water, gas, electricity, Sky TV, broadband, TV license, council tax. Also all communal cleaning products, salt, pepper, toilet paper and kitchen towel all included, so nice and easy : )

I'm a 40 year old professional working in recruitment in Liverpool Street and I work roughly 8.30am-6pm.
I'm friendly, sociable and outgoing and I work hard in the week and socialise at the weekend. I love personal development, music festivals, the psychology of success and the philosophical side of relationships and I love a good series on Netflix when it's deserved! I have an awesome girlfriend who is currently travelling in South-East Asia and I'm flying out to see on Christmas Day there : ) We are planning on her moving in here on the 25th April, assuming all goes to plan, so it would likely be a 4-month let, or around that amount.

The flat is rarely used as a party house, but social events overall are fine!
I love all the standard things - music festivals, films and all the rest of the generic stuff!! Also going to the gym, choice trash TV and a bit of poker.

I'm simply looking for a professional who will be easy going and friendly!
