We have a cosy and bright double room in our large, three-floor house for the right person.

* The top floor room is approx 6 x 4.5m (much bigger than the pics show!) recently decorated with a king-size double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and wood floors. (There's a small desk too if you need one.)
* Really sunny as there are sash windows and three velux windows.

* Sharing a bathroom with one other housemates
* Large kitchen/diner, downstairs loo
* Large living/dining room with 2 x 3seater sofas, TV (with Netflix, Sky etc)
* Dishwasher, washing machine etc.

* Female, professional, clean and friendly.

Us:
We are all under 30. I work in film publicity, my boyfriend works in financial consultancy, the third housemate is a specialist nurse working at St. George's.
We are all sociable and easy-going and there is a friendly, cooperative vibe in the house which we are keen to maintain. As its a big house we can also enjoy our privacy too. We all like a clean and tidy home to come home to and share chores.

Transport:
* Balham and Tooting Bec tube are equidistant, 20 mins by foot or 5 mins by numerous buses
* Streatham BR station is 7 mins walk away - from there its 15 mins to London Bridge or Wimbledon in the other direction
* Streatham Common BR 12 mins walk away - 15 mins to Victoria

Location:
* Quiet tree-lined road v near Tooting Bec Common.
* 10 mins walk gets you to 5-screen Odeon, Tesco Express, M&S Food, Aldi, Lidl, WHSmith, Sainsbury's, Leisure Centre with pool and ice rink, library, The Gym, Virgin Active health club, pubs, restaurants and other shops etc.
Cafe Barcelona and the Hideaway jazz club are a short stroll away along with loads of cafes and restaurants.
