Double room in lovely garden flat near 2 stations

My housemate is moving out on 17th August and I'm looking for someone to join me in this lovely two bed flat.

We're looking for someone to move in at any point over the next month (latest 18th Sept).

The room is a nice comfortable double, and comes part furnished. It's light in the daytime but has a very good blackout blind for any light sleepers.

Large shared living room and a big garden which comes with the flat (not shared with any neighbours). We also have some storage space available in the basement.

The flat is located between Streatham Common (2 min walk) and Streatham Station (12 min walk), and is a short walk from the main bus routes.

I work in digital marketing in the charity sector, and I like photography, baking, and the odd weekend away.
