Comfortable double in quiet home available now!

Hi prospective tenants!
Available for three to six month months this double room in a three storey house with 2.5 bathrooms and currently only myself and one other lovely tenant. Number of people can/ will change but house seems always to remain spacious and peaceful.
No deposit required and the only extra is £15 per week towards cleaning communal areas to ensure we are all contributing towards a weekly dust and Hoover of the floors and the shared bathroom is properly maintained.
Use of large and well equipped kitchen.
To maintain the peaceful and private feeling of the house there is a no guest rule so best suited for people who prefer to socialise outside the home and appreciate coming back to a quiet bolthole!
Resident dog, friendly and not left home alone or wondering alone, stays with me basically!
5 mins walk to bus stop, 20 mins to Streatham common rail, 1 mile to Tooting Bec tube (i sometimes walk but also often take the bus as it’s so easy).
