All female house in Tooting - I live here with my 17 year old daughter (sometimes she stays with her dad), and two female lodgers, who are from the UK and Spain.
Friendly but independent household, would suit someone
One medium dog in residence, well behaved..

Can accept short term bookings (less than four months) for an additional charge of £100 per month.

The rooms are shown for one person only, but I don't mind letting the larger one to two people if it is a short term stay (less than four months). There is an additional charge of £150 per month for two people.

Room 1 - Really sweet little room; newly decorated with new bed and mattress. Good sized window and a little non-working fireplace. Desk, chest of drawers, but no wardrobe (small shelf and hooks for hanging). Possibility to change desk for hanging rail if preferred. The room is in a quiet part of the house (at the back)

Bedroom 2 (Master bedroom) £750

Traditionally this is the Master bedroom, so it is the biggest room in the house (or one of the two biggest, since I have recently extended the house). Since the photo was taken, I have furnished the room with two wardrobes with drawers, and a desk. There is also a chest of drawers available if you want it.

Please note that we have a dog. Scrumpy is well behaved but I would prefer to let to people who like dogs.

The area is known for its close sense of community and it is well served by small supermarkets (Sainsburys Local, Budgens) and a good coffee shop. Also tennis courts (five or ten mins walk) and plenty of classes just five mins walk away - French, Art, pilates etc

Streatham High Road is walking distance as well and has pretty much everything including ice skating and cinema, plenty of bars and restaurants. Tooting Broadway is also a short walk away (20 mins) and is very popular for restaurants, bars etc, especially in the market.

Nearest tubes are Tooting Bec or Tooting Broadway (five min walk to bus stop, ten mins on bus. Alternatively a 25 minute walk). Streatham Common rail is a twenty min walk away. Streatham Station the same.

Tooting Common is five minutes walk away and there is a good coffee shop five mins walk away too .
