I have a large single room to rent in my two bedroom ground floor garden flat.

Suitable for a full time working female. Professional's preferred with day time jobs - no evening/ early starts or night shift workers please!

I would also consider a Mon - Fri let at £500 p/m

The room is for a quiet, clean and tidy person who needs a base working in London.

The flat is in a safe gated development with lovely communal gardens and right next to Streatham Common so great for walks and exercise.

The room has a large chest of drawers, bedside unit, hanging rail, book shelves and mirror in the room.

You would have the use of a shared kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, shared bathroom & living room.

It’s a 10 minute walk down to Streatham High Road where there are lots of great cafes and restaurants, cinema, and good transport links.

Streatham station is a 10-15 minute walk and Streatham hill and Streatham Common both 20 mins walk. The 249 and 417 buses go from outside the flats and other buses to Brixton and Central London a 5 minute walk away.

I am a retired teacher. I do lots of outdoor swimming, visiting friends and family by the sea, reading and listening to music.
