The property is between Streatham Common (5 mins walk) and Streatham station (10 minutes’ walk) with excellent transport links to central London (17 minutes to Victoria, 22 minutes to the City, 25 minutes to London Bridge). Balham, Clapham, Tooting & Brixton are just a short train journey away.

Local amenities within short walking distance include Streatham Common park, Streatham leisure centre + Ice Rink, trendy bars and restaurants, Tesco Extra, and a large Sainsburys.

The room comes furnished with newly purchased furniture - comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, bedside locker and a chest of drawers. Sky Fibre-Optic Broadband is available throughout the property.

The deposit is one month’s rent. No agency fees apply. Rent is £700 pcm which includes all bills (Council Tax, Electricity, Wi-fi, Gas, Water, Heating).
