The property is between Streatham Common (5 mins walk) and Streatham station (10 minutes’ walk) with excellent transport links to central London (17 minutes to Victoria, 22 minutes to the City, 25 minutes to London Bridge). Local amenities within short walking distance include Streatham Common park, Streatham leisure centre + Ice Rink, trendy bars and restaurants, Tesco Extra, and a large Sainsburys.
