Mature Person Streatham SW16

I have one single large room available in my house for one person. It is at the back of the house overlooking the garden near the shared kitchen.

Sharing a kitchen and bathroom with 2 other men. I live in the rest of the house.

Would suit professional person. This is a mature household and the room would probably suit someone in their 40's, 50's or 60's.

The room is on the second floor. It is furnished with a bed, chair, table, wardrobe.
The kitchen has a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

Cleaning of the shared areas are included in the rent.

It is a quiet but friendly house, also respecting privacy. No smoking.

Your friends and family may stay only by prior arrangements.

There is one small dog and cat which live in the house. Sometimes 2 other dogs come to stay for a few days. Must like animals.
Sorry no other pets.

Buses into London - buses from York Hill goes to Oxford Street / Victoria. Other buses to Brixton tube station - Victoria Line and Elephant and Castle. Tulse Hill station 10 - 15 mins walk away.

Gas central heating, electricity, hot water and broadband included in the rent.

Interested in someone who might also speaks French, Italian or Japanese to help improve our languages but not essential.

Recycling household. Free parking on the road.
