Female wanted for big double in the big blue house

Hi there. Will you be our new housemate??? Maybe we could have a party to celebrate and welcome you!

This is a large, spacious, characterful Victorian house with original feature including fire places in most rooms and bedrooms. The one in the kitchen/dining room is working and used in winter. We have real wood floors, wood effect double glazed windows, central heating, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer & everything you need to live comfortably.

We have 4 bedrooms. The room available is double sized with a very comfy bed, window that overlooks the garden, spacious wardrobe and is nicely decorated and carpeted, and has a fireplace.

We have 2 bathrooms, 1 is exclusively for lodgers & has a good strong shower and large bath.

There is also a box room which is used communally for laundry as well as another utility room with an extra loo - always handy!

We have storage space in the loft - if you have a lot of baggage!

The large kitchen/diner has 3 fridges (one for each lodger - I share with my daughter)and a cosy living room which is communal with SKY & 40inch TV.

There is a lovely garden where you can smoke & sunbathe! We have free parking outside the house - amazing for London, but true!

We are very close to the main road with buses to Tooting Broadway or Brixton and Streatham Common BR is a short walk away with all other amenities close by.

The rent will include ALL BILLS, that's fibre optic WIFI as well as the usual utilities, and a cleaner! I also buy all loo paper and washing powder and cleaning products, so we won't have any bother about the small stuff.

We would ideally like to share with a female or female couple who is/are friendly, easy going, considerate, kind, clean and tidy & pay the rent regularly on time, please.

I am an Actor/Singer running my own theatre company and a movement teacher with kids and adults with special needs. I am interested in meditation & spirituality and connections with like minded people. I'm a vegan, though don't mind if you're not, as long as you clean and wash up well! I'm out a lot doing some sort of conscious clubbing, yoga, dance class, meditation group or watching a play.

My 22 year old daughter is a nanny and works in a local pub. she is friendly, easy going & outgoing!

We share this spacious house with my bubbly, fun loving sister and her friendly dog Bossy boots. We are best friends as well as sisters.

The lovely lodger moving out has been with us for nearly 3 years, but is ready to live alone now.

We are a busy, sociable, lively household. We sometimes have parties, and friends & family visiting for dinner, but the house is still big enough to have a quiet space.

We also have 2 cats, both of which love affection, and will love you, especially if you feed them. Don't worry - I'll buy the food. :)
