Situated in a cul-de-sac Church Walk is quiet, yet has a bus stop at the end of the road that will allow easy access in under 10 minutes to Streatham Common train station or even closer to Mitcham Eastfields train station.

There are three other housemates, all guys though they have shared with girls before so welcome anyone.

 The weekly cleaner Rosie is a legend.

 We have a chef, a theatre guy and a nurse at the local hospital. All really good people that get along well and have been known to fire up the barbecue (did I mention the chef)

 The ground floor bedroom is a decent double with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, blinds, new carpet etc.

 You share a bathroom with just two others as the property is over three floors and the top floor he has his own bathroom.

Sociable kitchen and diner with patio doors to a sunny garden.

There is a handy office room unclaimed currently should you work from home. 

There is also a shed and rear access if you cycle. No couples. Thanks!
