I have a large double room to rent within a new development close to the station within Streatham. The room has private balcony access, fully furnished and includes; Armchair, Desk / Dressing Table, Wardrobe, Drawers, Bedside Table. The apartment is on the top floor with a lovely view. The flat is a few mins walk to Streatham Station; 2 mins walk to Streatham Common Park and 8-10 mins walk to Streatham Common Station. We have on site parking if required, a gym, pool and 24 hour Tesco.

Room is available from 1st October 2024.

A bit about me; I'm a single female in my early 40’s, friendly, easy going and open minded. I love meeting new people, work from home sometimes but also travel a fair bit too. I have shared flats for most of my adult life and I do enjoy having a glass of wine / making a home with a roomie. The bedroom is also very private and quiet with (mainly) sole use of the ‘family’ bathroom.
