I am a current flatmate who's helping the agency to find 2 new flatmates.
Current flatmates 35y/o female (that's me, I've been living at this flat for 5 years) and 30 y/o male who's living here for longer than 2 years.
We preffer similar age europeans :)

Unfortunately no studens couples or pets. The flat is always kept super clean & tidy so we hope to find someone who respects our lovely landlord property and keeps things clean & tidy.

Bright and light space with a modern kitchen and reception, all modern appliances, and two bathrooms (one is very large).
AMENITIES: Shops, pubs, and restaurants are just 4 min walk away.
The nearest gym is just 3 mins walk on Mitcham Lane. Streatham Common is only a 10 min stroll, Furzedown Recreation ground is a 10 min walk and Tooting Bec/Tooting Bec Lido is 12 mins walk.

from which you can get to:
- Balham Station (Northern line Underground) in 4 mins
