Lovely spacious bright and sunny double room at the top of a colourful family house to let to one person. I am a counsellor and theatre designer and you would share a bathroom with my other lodger who is a dancer and personal trainer. There are cooking facilities in the room and the washing machine is in my kitchen downstairs. My adult children are here often. The atmosphere is laid back but supportive. Streatham Common Station is about 8 minutes walk away with quick and frequent connections to Victoria and London Bridge. Parking is no problem and there are busses at Streatham Hub which is at the top of the road. There is a huge Tesco and a Sainsbury's a short walk away. Rent includes Council Tax, Broadband, Gas, LX, water and TV licence. I ask for a deposit of one month's rent.
