Comes furnished -new double bed with storage, new orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, new work desk & chest of drawers.
The ensuite is a full bathroom; power shower, bathtub and washbasin.

Location. 5 minutes walk to Streatham Hill station, Clapham Junction in 10 minutes, or Victoria/ London Bridge in 20 minutes. Streatham High Road has many restaurants and cool bars – or head to Balham, Brixton or Clapham all close by.

Management. The house is all set up and cared for by weekly housekeeper, room cleaning as needed and gardener. A wonderful place to return to after a hard day at work :-)

Costs. Advertised pricing is based on 6 months.
We also offer shorter stays of 1-6 months, let us know how long you need and we’ll price accordingly.
For couples it’s +£250 per month.
Parking is paid, on-street with council permit, or off-street on driveway.
