Housemates are working in recruitment, marketing and property and are friendly and it’s a fantastic place to relax in your room or chat to others in the shared living and kitchen.
The property is a renovated townhouse with high ceilings throughout spread across 3 floors, more than 2000 square feet & generous communal space:

It's nice and quiet with large window looking out onto back garden, it has just been redecorated.

Comes furnished -new double bed with storage, new orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, new work desk & chest of drawers.
The ensuite is a full bathroom; power shower, bathtub and washbasin.

Location. 5 minutes walk to Streatham Hill station, Clapham Junction in 10 minutes, or Victoria/ London Bridge in 20 minutes. Streatham High Road has many restaurants and cool bars – or head to Balham, Brixton or Clapham all close by.

Management. The house is all set up and cared for by weekly housekeeper, room cleaning as needed and gardener. A wonderful place to return to after a hard day at work :-)

Costs. Advertised pricing is based on 6 months and includes council tax and all bills, internet and house supplies!
We also offer shorter stays of 1-6 months, let us know and we’ll price accordingly.
For couples it’s +£250 per month.
Parking is either on-street with council permit, or we can arrange separately off-street on the driveway.
