Hi there! I am moving out of our flat after 7 years, feeling pretty sad about that, and looking for someone to replace me.

About the flatmates: They are three professionals aged 28, 29 and 30, Elle works in HR, Analya in finance and Helen works in administration. We are friendly girls who enjoy the standard things in life such as cooking, eating out, socialising with friends, watching netflix, gyming and going on as many holidays as possible. We all have our own social lives but enjoy catching up with a glass of wine/dinner in the evenings.

About the flat: We have a four bedroom flat, with a spacious lounge/dining area, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen, leading to an open space on the fire escape (great for morning coffee and brekkie). We also get amazing sunrises and sunsets (which we love taking pictures of). It is a gated space with lovely communal gardens. There is off road parking nearby, but you can pull in and park in the daytime by the flat for unloading etc.

The room: The room available includes a double bed and storing shelves. The room also gets the afternoon/evening sun, which means it's bright all year round, and has wonderful views.

About the area: Streatham Hill (Zone 3) is very 'up and coming' with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars alongside multiple supermarkets within walking distance. Transport links in the area are particularly excellent with frequent buses going to Brixton (Victoria line), Clapham (Northern line) and central London (closest bus stop is a hop away!). In addition, there are two train stations (both within easy walking distance) which provide frequent services to London Bridge, London Victoria, Farringdon and Blackfriars.

About you: we are looking for someone in their late twenties/thirties. We are quite busy with work and our social lives so would like someone like-minded who would fit into our setup. We definitely don't have wild parties but like to have friends over for drinks/dinner!

Bills are included in the £827 pcm rent (they equate to £80 a month, including council tax, broadband, electricity and gas).
