I’m looking for someone to share this lovely, bright two bed flat in Streatham Hill in the short term as I am selling. The area is great and has loads of cafes, gyms and shops and well connected.

I’m laid back and I try to be a considerate housemate and keep things nice. I ideally want someone who is looking for a chilled place to live and treat like home, and to occasionally share an evening wine with. I work 50/50 split between Westminster and home. Not suitable for someone needing to working from home for the majority of the time.

The flat is a spacious Art Deco build, with a lovely living room and dining area: massive TV, dining table and chairs, coffee table and big, comfortable sofa (which can be used as a double sofa bed for occasional visitors too if needed). Separate kitchen and bathroom. The flat has a great view over the city and lovely bay window giving lots of light.

The location: 100 yards from Streatham Hill station and all the local amenities, restaurants, bars, shopping facilities on your doorstep. Only a ten min walk to Tooting Bec park and lido.

The train takes 18mins to Victoria. There’s a 5 min train, or 20min walk through Tooting Bec park, to get to Balham, and a 10-15 min bus ride to Brixton.

For Mon-Fri the rent and bills is £690 which includes all household bills, council tax and cleaner .

Also have Prime video, NowTV, and Netflix included on living room TV and I cover toilet roll supplies for the flat! 😊🧻

Flexible on length of stay. Longer term preferred but short rents 1-4months considered at £875pcm (can provide bedding). Happy to consider Monday - Friday only lets at a £750pcm.
