Hello there!

I’m Luca, a 33-year-old freelance makeup artist and hairstylist from Italy, and I’ve been living in London for 12 years. I’ve called this lovely flat home for the past 10 years, and now I'm looking for someone special to share it with.

I share the space with Ben, a laid-back 31-year-old Englishman who loves hitting the gym and is passionate about Latin music and dance. We’re both social but also value our independence and personal time. We sometime cook beautiful meals together, sharing good wine and laughters.

About the Flat:

A spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub

A lovely kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave

A cozy atmosphere, perfect for making new memories.

The Room:
The available room is fully furnished with a double bed, bookshelf, chest of drawers, mirror, and a built-in wardrobe. Rent includes all bills ( Internet, TV license, council tax, water, electricity and gas. Only extra is for the cleaner which is £25 a month. ( new furniture will be provided)

The Area: Streatham Hill is fantastic! It’s full of restaurants, cafes (like Starbucks and Nando's), and fun spots like an arcade, karaoke bar, and the Odeon cinema. You’ll find plenty of gyms, charity shops, cute gift shops, and more. Plus, public transport is super convenient—with buses that can take you anywhere and Streatham Hill station just a 3-minute walk away, you can reach London Bridge and Victoria in 20 minutes or Clapham in 10!

I’m looking for empathetic, open-minded, and respectful housemates who appreciate good vibes and enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. I believe we can all learn from each other and create a homely atmosphere together.

• A recent payslip
• The ability to pay a deposit
