Hello,

I'm sadly having to relocate for work and have to give up my lovely room and lovely flatmates!
The flat is located in a gated group of flats (four floors) overlooking a shared well maintained garden that you can enjoy the summer sun in. It's a three bedroom flat with a homely living room (with TV), kitchen and split shower room and toilet. The bedroom is bright with a double bed, large wardrobe and additional storage space.

The flat is located on a quiet residential street a couple of minutes off Streatham High Road, with lots of transport options and a wide range of shops and restaurants/pubs/coffee shops.

Transport:
8 minutes to Streatham Hill train station - with direct trains to Victoria (18 mins), London Bridge and Clapham Junction. A minutes walk to the bus stop which has over 10 routes taking you to Brixton Station, Clapham, Central London, Croydon and much more. 15 minutes walk to Streatham Station with trains to London Bridge, St Pancreas etc. Streatham Common Station is also a short bus ride away.

10 minutes walk to Tooting Bec Common and Lido. Great range of shops, from Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's to M&S, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, 5 minutes to Fitness First gym.

The people!
I live with two friendly and chatty female flatmates, Danielle and Evie, who both work full-time, as a barrister and a civil servant. We enjoy catching up together in the living room, watching a bit of TV but also doing our own thing.

£600 pcm, all bills approx £100 pcm.
