I live here with my son and daughter ,my son works in the City and my daughter has just finished University studying law and we have a little dog .
A cleaner comes once a week to do the communal areas which is included.
The house consists of a large kitchen and utility room that leads to the garden. The first floor has a double sitting room and the 2nd and 3rd floors are bedrooms and bathrooms.
The room that will be available overlooks the garden and has a large fitted wardrobe , good storage and it's own bathroom.
We are 2 mins walk to Streatham Hill station, 5 mins to Balham on the Northern Line and Brixton on the Victoria line is a 10 min bus ride.
