This little room is at the back of the house, looking over the garden, And it has all you need to be really comfortable, including Sealy mattress and ottoman bed for extra storage.

In the kitchen, there is oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and two fridge freezers in the conservatory.

Transport-wise, we have a bus stop outside our house, and another round the corner. !0-15 mins bus journey to tubes at Brixton and Balham. Streatham Hill train station, on the Victoria line, is short walk down the road.
