Hi! I have a lovely room going spare as previous housemate moved back home.

Would be perfect for someone who is chilled and enjoys occasional shared cooking/ evening drinks after work.
The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers, there is space in the room for a desk as well as plenty of room in the flat to work from home.

The flat is in Streatham Hill and is an 8 minute walk to the train station (Victoria) and 10 minutes to Tulse Hill (London Bridge). M&S is a short walk away and there is a regular 10 minute bus to Brixton perfect for the Victoria Line at the end of the road.

The rent is £600 per month and bills are split between the household and would come to approximately £120 - £150 per month each.

In the flat we have a separate living room, kitchen and garden so plenty of space to chill out and have friends over, equally hang out together and separately.
