The applicant will be able to use front room as their lounge (3.8m X 3.7m) and the second room as their bedroom (3.3m X 3.5m). These are adjacent to each other on the ground floor. Price covers both rooms. The rear bedroom enjoys a patio door with access to the rear garden which is photographed.

Bathroom and kitchen are shared.
We are an all male gay household so any applicant should either be gay or at least open minded! The house has a friendly cat and the landlord stays with his cocker spaniel from time to time so you must like pets 😊
Please note there is no sofa or bed - these can be provided if required upon agreement.
