We are looking for a new flatmate to occupy my room as I'm moving out and going back to France.

It is a lovely sunny small double room in Streatham Hill area.

It is less than 10 minutes on the bus to Brixton, lots of bus connections down the street, the streatham Hill overground less than 5 minutes by walk...
There is a sainsbury local across the road and a 24 hour shop.

The property also has a communal garden which is lovely in the summer and a massive roof terrace.

You will living with 4 others housemates who are all lovely.

Looking for a quiet and friendly housemate.
