Hey!
My name is Hannah and I am going to be moving out of the best flat ever 🥺! I currently live with two great girls, Ashley and Amy 🤍
The room that needs filling is available from the 12th January (there may be some movement on this) the double en-suite, and is on the top level of the flat. Which has been absolutely amazing - there is also a large balcony on the same floor as the bedroom.
Furniture includes, a very comfy double bed and mattress, two bed side tables and a wardrobe. I will be taking the chest of drawers with me.
The flat, is a 5 minute walk from Streatham Hill station (easy access to Clapham Junction, Victoria and also Gatwick!) or a 10 -15 minute bus ride to Brixton where you can hop on the Victoria line or a 5 - 10 minute walk to Tulse Hill, with easy connections to London Bridge and Farringdon.
The flat comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and this room has its own bathroom. An open plan living room and kitchen area, a cute balcony leading off from the living room and also a large terrace on the upper level.
There is a shop located just across the road which is super handy, and only a short walk down to the high street which has everything you need - Marks and Spencer’s, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Superdrug, Starbucks and a good selection of cafes and restaurants.
We’d love to find someone who's up for a chat, a drink here and there but we also have our own lives and enjoy our own space.
Our tenancy has just renewed for a 12 month contract in August.
Please note as I will be leaving, you will be taking over my room so referencing checks will be required. You must be in full time employment.
Bills come roughly between £125 and £150 per person each month, (Water, council tax, electric, internet).
