Small double room in Streatham Hill flat available from the 15th December 2020 (can be flexible with dates). £510 per month for rent. We rent direct from the landlord so there's no admin fees. The room is equipped with a double bed, bookcase, bedside table and space for a railing or small wardrobe. The rest of the flat has a spacious living room, bathroom and a kitchen. The flat is a 10 min walk from Streatham hill station, and a 15 minute bus ride to Brixton tube station.

The current housemates are Sophie (25), who works in marketing and Beth (26) who works for a charity. We get on very well and spend time together watching Netflix and having a glass of wine.
