I have a room available from March - December 2026 in a lovely flat, 5 minutes walk from Streatham Hill station, available for a short term let this summer.
It is spacious and light and in a beautifully presented, modern style flat and located on Streatham high road where you have a choice of supermarkets, eateries, pubs and gyms. Also near to Brockwell Park and Streatham and tooting commons (all around a 15 min walk away).
I am a very easy going and sociable guy who enjoys watching TV/movies, making music, playing sports/gym and always up for a trip to a pub/restaurant!
It is ideal for people working in London as Streatham Hill station takes you to London Victoria in under 20 mins and also to Balham Tube station (Northern Line) in under 5 minutes which means you can be in central London in under 30 minutes from the flat :)
The room also has a desk for people who are still WFH along with a chest of drawers and a large closet for storage.
Also play guitar so ideal for any fellow guitarists who’d fancy a jam! Or people looking to learn guitar as happy to teach too!
Looking for a flatmate with similar interests who I can hang out with but also respect each other’s space too.
