We have one single bedroom to rent within a 4 bedroom homely flat. Single room comes furnished, mattress, 2 units drawers and wardrobe. Mattress is really comfortable!!
We are looking for someone who is friendly and relaxed. The living room is a great space and just out of shot of the photo is a large dining room table.

The household is the right mix of quiet and sociable. There is a cleaner that comes every other Thursday, but someone who is clean and considerate in between would be ideal. Less than a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill station, direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. Also 10/15 walking distance to Tooting common and Balham. Great bus links to literally everywhere. The remaining tenants will Tim who works in IT, and Irene who is a nursery teacher. All easy going- like a glass of wine / beer and good quiz/ games night! Aged late twenties, early thirties.
