I have a lovely house which we converted into two different self contained accommodations. One on first floor and the other on the ground floor but both sharing the use of the back and front with free off the street parking. The Ensuite Room is available for rent from 3rd May 2021 with rent of £950 a month for couple and £900 a month for a single renter and this rent is inclusive of bills and very fast fibre optic broadband. The room has an exclusive use of an ensuite shower with sink and toilet. Other shared facilities including a large three piece bathroom and a ground floor toilet and of course and gardens. The room is fully furnished with a double bed with underbed storage, desk, chair, bedside table and sliding wardrobes. There are currently two other rooms occupied by two single tenants and they are professionals and caring and respectful so I am sure you will enjoy renting with them.
We are just minutes walk from Streatham Hill Station so convenience to all public transport to Brixton, Croydon, London Bridge, Victoria, etc. Shops and local amenities are just round the corner and plenty too with banks, cinema, gyms, parks, etc. As registered House of Multiple Occupation, we complied with all requirements so you can rent with confidence. We take care of our own tenants so all the disrepairs will be tended to and we give loads of support to ensure you enjoy renting. We welcome smoker so long as you don't mind not to smoke inside the property but the gardens.
