2 double rooms in a spacious/period 3 bed flat 5 mins walk from Streatham hill station.

The smaller room has a double bed with storage under, desk, chest, shelving and an open hanging rail. Available now.

The bigger room has also has a wardrobe and a bigger chest. Available from 18th August as my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend.


Separate large living/dining room with a 75" TV. A nice balcony off the modern kitchen. Fast WiFi.

The flat is big enough to enjoy our own space but I'm also up for the occasional trip to the pub or netflix binge on the giant TV, or board game etc. I airbnb'd it for a bit (see reviews) but prefer having longer term flatmates about now!

My room is on a separate floor. I work in international tech policy and travel fairly often for work and climbing/hiking trips. Bouldering/climbing is a big hobby for me..

Streatham hill itself has lots of coffee shops/restaurants and bars, but Brixton/Herne Hill/Balham/Peckham/Tooting etc are also all accessible. Tooting bec common and Brockwell park are both good for running, and there's a little park with tennis courts at the end of the street. Streatham hill station goes to Victoria in 18 mins 4x an hour. Buses to Brixton are more frequent than tubes but if you cycle, Brixton is 7 minutes down the hill.
