Beautiful room at the top of Brixton Hill

Hi there! I am sadly having to find a replacement for my lovely double room in a beautiful ground floor flat, with a MASSIVE back garden, large living room, good sized kitchen and one bathroom.

A bit about us:
I am filling my room as I am moving to North London for a job. I have lived in this great flat share for over 2 years and will be sad to say goodbye to it. There is a great community feel to the street which is I think is rare to find in London!

Current housemates are Tom and Steph who are both in their 30's. Tom works for a microbrewery and Steph is a Photographer. Steph is quite new to the house, only moving in this summer. Interests of ours are: running, theatre, music, photography and going out for a pint. It is really important that everyone gets along and try and make the flat a home!

Location:
The flat is located on a quiet residential street (families living either side) within walking distance to both Streatham Hill (10min) and Tulse Hill station (15min). It is a 3 min walk to the bus stop to Brixton (10-15mins on bus).

The room
Quiet double room. Fully furnished with wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers. There is also plenty of storage in a massive storage cupboard down the hall.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, we would love to hear from you! You must be a full time working professional (agent and landlord requirement). Ideally we are looking for someone to stay long term, as our landlord is keen for this too. We are also keen to live with someone in their 30s.
