Double room to rent in our semi-detached house in Streatham Hill. It has a king-size storage bed, large wardrobes and a desk with chair. There would be space for other furniture as required.

The property is a 5 bedroom house with 2 current occupants - we are planning to keep the 4th and 5th bedroom free so there will only be 3 of us in the house. The house is split over 3 floors and you would have the whole middle floor and a bathroom to yourself, with the two other housemates on the top floor. There is a back garden, front yard and the property is furnished and has been completely redecorated in the last 3 years. There is a separate kitchen, living room and conservatory on the ground floor. Sky TV, ultra fast broadband and household items all included.

Two existing housemates are long-term friends and work in the city and enjoy socialising, fitness and are very clean, tidy and easy going.

There is no admin fee, deposit or inventory check required. Bills are c.£180 per month.
