Double room to rent in our semi-detached house in Streatham Hill. It has a king-size storage bed, large wardrobes and a desk with chair. There would be space for other furniture as required.

The property is a 5 bedroom house with two current occupants - we are planning to keep the 4th and 5th bedroom free. The house is split over three floors and the room is on the middle floor with a bathroom / whole floor to yourself, with two others on the top floor. There is a back garden, front yard and the property is furnished and has been completely redecorated in the last 3 years. There is a separate kitchen, living room and conservatory on the ground floor. Sky Q, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, ultra fast broadband all included.

Two existing housemates are long-term friends and work in the city and enjoy socialising, fitness and are very clean, tidy and easy going.

There is no admin fee, deposit or inventory check required. Bills are c.£180 per month.
