Double room to rent in our semi-detached house in Streatham Hill. It has a king-size storage bed, large wardrobes and a desk. There would be space for other furniture as required or there is also room to work in the conservatory, living room or spare room.

The property is a 5 bedroom house with three current occupants - we are planning to keep the 5th bedroom free. The house is split over three floors and the room is on the middle floor sharing the bathroom with one other. There is a back garden, front yard and the property is furnished and has been completely redecorated in the last 3 years. There is a separate kitchen, living room and conservatory on the ground floor. Sky Q, Sky Sports, BT Sports, ultra fast broadband all included.

Three existing housemates are long-term friends and work in the city and enjoy socialising, fitness and are very clean, tidy and easy going.

There is no admin fee, deposit or inventory check required. Bills are c.£120 per month.
