I’m looking for a flatmate in Streatham Hill for a spacious room with double bed. The flat is in an art deco building less than a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill train station and a 10 min walk to Streatham Station. There are buses every minute right outside the flat to Brixton tube which take 10-15 mins.

It's a large flat, 1000 sq ft. There is a separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and a large separate living room. The whole flat has been redecorated and is fully furnished. It’s a 3 bed flat. My partner and I are moving out and have put the flat up for sale. You will often have the place to yourself.
No offers have been made yet, so it’s available for 6 months at least.

Your bedroom is big and has a comfy double bed with chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There is also a communal garden.
