I’m looking for a male lodger to share my bright, modern 2-bed flat in Streatham. The flat is south-facing with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, letting in loads of natural light. It’s recently decorated with wooden floors, a modern kitchen and bathroom, and a warm, welcoming vibe.

You’d have the second bedroom, which is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed (great for extra storage). It has a big floor-to-ceiling window with a peaceful view over the shared garden. You’ll also have the main bathroom mostly to yourself, as I have an en suite.

The flat has all the mod cons—fibre broadband, smart TV with Netflix & Prime, Alexa-controlled lighting—and a cleaner comes every two weeks, which is included in the rent along with all bills.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, tidy, and enjoy fitness, meditation, and the occasional night out (or night in with a glass of wine or a beer!). I work from home 2–3 days a week. My boyfriend stays over 1–2 nights a week, and I’m often at his too—so you’ll have the place to yourself quite regularly.

It’s important you’re a cat lover—I have two very friendly Siamese cats who will want cuddles. 🐾

Ideally looking for a gay man, but a straight guy who’s LGBTQ+ friendly and easygoing also works!
