Hello!

I have an amazing fully furnished double ensuite room to rent in a large flat equidistant from Streatham Hill Station (for Victoria) & Tulse Hill Station (for London Bridge)!

It's a fantastic flat with lots of space, storage, and brilliant for entertaining friends.

The People:

I’m Amelia, a 33 year old Marketing Professional, I'm the sister of the landlord and have been here for 4 years. I absolutely love the area, and love the flat but I’m moving out of London for a while so looking for someone great to move in with my fantastic housemate, Carla.

Carla is a 33 year old health professional who has been in the flat for the last 2 years. Carla is very clean, considerate and sociable, she enjoys both sports and reality TV & is a genuinely wonderful person to live with.

The Room:

The available room is great, it has a comfortable bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, full length mirror and shelving units.

The flat itself has 2 bathrooms and as Carla’s room has an en suite, it means this room effectively has sole use of the other master bathroom which includes a decent bath and stand alone shower.

The Flat:

The rest of the flat is huge. Big and fully equipped kitchen, gas hobs, new washing machine, breakfast bar, coffee machine.

Open plan to the lounge and dining area with an L-shaped sofa, big TV for nights in, extendable dining table for dinner parties, corner fireplace. It's a great living space that Carla and I have both been comfortable working from home in when we’re here together.

It's a quiet first floor flat, facing onto the bottom half of Romeyn Road with *free parking* right outside. We have access behind the building to Leigham Vale for a shortcut to Tulse Hill. It's in a modern good looking block along with 10-15 other flats, a mixture of owners and renters, all professionals.

The Area:

In terms of shops – there's a post office and two convenience stores literally 30 metres from the building, another around the corner as part of the petrol station. 8 min walk to Streatham High St, with an M&S Foodhall, Tesco Extra, Co-Op, everything you need (+ Nandos + wine bars).

The rent start date would ideally be 9th June 2024 but we have some flex a week or so either side of that.

The Cost:

The room is £890 per month excluding bills, which we split equally.
