Location:

The flat is based in an apartment block on Streatham High Street. We are at the back of the building so we rarely hear much noise from the road.

There is a Tesco Express opposite and an M&S, Co-Op and Sainsburys all close.

We are very well connected for public transport.
We have a bus stop right outside to Brixton or Streatham station. We are 5 mins from Streatham Hill station with links to Victoria, Balham and Clapham Junction.

About your new flat mates:
You will have two great new flatmates. Rhiannon is 29 and works as a teacher. Katie is 39 and works as a nanny. We are tidy and considerate. We like socialising together, watching Netflix and drinking wine but are also respectful of each other's space. One of the bedrooms has an on-suite so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other.

Price/admin

You will be required to pay a small admin fee (around £50) to get your name put on the lease and there will also be a security deposit to pay of £801.

Rent and bills are currently £990.90 per month, which is broken down as follows:

We have a parking space which we use for visitors but happy to give up if someone requires it which will add a bit more to the bills. The lease is due to be renewed on 21 June for 12 months.
