Room available in 2 bedroom flat - Streatham hill

Hi there,

Move in from the 28th January but a degree of flexibility after that date.
The flat is set over two floors with an open kitchen/lounge on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second. Garden out back shared with the other four flats in the building. On a quiet side street off the road that goes through Brixton and beyond. Loads of buses, that weird London Bridge to Victoria train from Streatham Hill that seems to stop at all the places you've never heard of in SE London. Walking distance to Balham. Loads of open spaces (Brockwell park, streatham common, tooting bec common and tooting lido) within walking distance.

Into reading, films, music, cooking, hiking, etc. Standard stuff really. Am quiet and respectful but up for sharing a meal/drink, watching a film, etc on occasion.

All my plants are dying so green fingers a plus.

The bedroom available is the larger of the two at a decent size with lots of storage available within and it faces the garden. There is also no one above this room so is quiet. Also has a new mattress on the bed as well.

Monthly bills are about £150-165 p/m during winter and less during summer.
It's with an estate agents for referencing and the landlord deals with any issues which may come up and is generally responsive when needed.
