I am a design engineer currently working in the healthcare industry (live-in landlord), who is looking for 1/2 house mates.
I get a cleaner in every 2 weeks.
The back garden consists of 3 levels, a patio, larger grass area and a smaller grass area. We have flower beds on either side, which you can use for planting if you like.
The living room, dining room, kitchen and garden are the communal area, open for use.
All windows in the house are double glazed.
This house has two bathrooms which can be shared amongst all roommate.
Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, cooker (gas hob) and a full sized fridge freezer installed in the kitchen.
Streatham hill station - 5 minutes drive, 14 minutes walk
Tulse hill station - 6 minutes drive, 15 minutes walk
3 bus stops within 3 minutes walk, where you can catch the 417 and 315. 417 is two stops from streatham hill station.
Free parking on the road.
