I have a single room in my flat to let fully furnished with plenty of storage in a secure gated art deco development, all bills included. Flat has a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, gas cooker and washing machine with plenty of storage. Living room with desk, TV, sofas and coffee/dining table.

I work in the office most days of the week so the desk is available to use during the day. The flat is a 10 min walk from Lidl, Tesco Express, takeaways and post office, 2 min walk to 249 and 417 bus stop, 15-20 min walk to Streatham, West Norwood and Streatham Hill stations both of which are easily accessible via bus within 10 mins. Free on street parking, communal gardens, ground floor flat. Garages are available to rent at extra cost if required.

Flat is located right next to Streatham Common. All bills included. Seeking flatmate who also enjoys the company of a cat and happy to feed her when I'm away. Professionals and students welcome. Unfortunately I can't take any other pets due to my cat being an "only child", apologies for this.

Room is available immediately, shorter term lets will warrant a higher monthly rental requirement. Outside of work I enjoy TV, video games, reading, being out and about visiting family and friends, sometimes cooking, gym, cycling. Looking for someone responsible and respectful who would treat this as their own and who would genuinely enjoy the company of my cat, some shared interests but not a prerequisite at all.
