Room in SW {Streatham Hill} from February

Hello! We are looking for a third flatmate to take over the remaining room in our cute little flat in Streatham Hill! Furnished with a double bed!
The room is available from the 10th of February and it’s a one year contract. Bills are not included in the rent, however, usually bills come up to a little less than £200. This is council tax {Band C}, water, gas/electric and WiFi.
There is street parking in front of the flat and in the same street, however, you might have to apply for a parking permit.
We have all the essentials already, fridge, washing machine, etc. The property also has a lovely garden that we mainly use in the summer time.
You would be 0/5 min walk from local and central buses and 5min walk from Streatham Hill train station.
Everything you would possibly need, you can find near the property, GP, cinema, pubs, grocery shops and coffee shops, etc.
A little about us… Anna is an architectural assistant who enjoys live music, hiking and pole fit. And Dani works as Admin for a makeup beauty brand, she enjoys going to the cinema and theatre regularly and comes with a little Yorkie dog (hypoallergenic breed).
