My name’s Tom and I’m letting out the 2nd bedroom in my neat 2-bed flat in Streatham Hill, available to move in to from *December 1st*.

The spacious double room comes fully furnished with double bed, Emma mattress, wardrobe, 2x bedside tables, table lamp and small desk (if wanted).

Spacious living room with dining table, a modern kitchen and bathroom, and balcony space out the kitchen door. TV has Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, NowTV subscriptions included in the rent. Free parking available on the estate.

Rent is £800/month on a lodger’s agreement, plus bills which are split equally with myself.

Bills approx £125/month (incl. Lambeth Council Tax Band B)

I occupy the other bedroom - I’m 28 and work in Film/TV - I work long hours Monday-Friday and often work away, so you will have a lot of privacy. I’m looking for someone relaxed and easy-going to be a long-term flatmate - ideally for at least a year.

LGBT friendly, happy to have guests for overnight stays, etc.
