We have fitted a brand new double bed with mattress, foldable dinning table, TV, chairs and kitchen appliances (no crockery, cutlery or pans) the flat is available as it is, we are happy to remove a chair if you want us to but unfortunately the bed must stay as we just bought it and don’t have storage.
The flat is located on the first floor overlooking Telford avenue which is a gorgeous street full of trees that can be seen from the 3 gorgeous Victorian windows which have been cleaned and repainted with newly fitted blinds and curtains for full privacy.
The rent includes council tax and water and you will only need to pay for electricity, internet and TV licence if you require one.
The flat is suitable for a single occupant without pets and none smoker. (Visitors are of course allowed)
We are looking for a respectful, full time employed professional that is looking for a place to call home, we are not a rich property owners so we need someone to look after the flat as if it was yours.
You will have access to the little garden at the entrance of the house. Plenty of parking available on the street and you will pay to the council if you require a permit.
