Cosy double bedroom in huge friendly house

Large double bedroom available fromt the 1st of October in a beautiful large house on a quiet residential road in Streatham Hill, between Streatham Hill station and Tulse Hill station.
Bedroom is situated on the ground floor, next to the bathroom with the shower, shared with 1 other person.

The house has two bathrooms, large open-plan room when you enter the house (used for storing bicycles etc.) that connects to dinning area and double backdoor to garden, plus a living room. Huge garden with various seating, small brick fire pit and lots of greenery. There's an attic for additional storage (accessed by a ladder).

All the housemates are really nice, respectful and sometimes eat meals and have the odd drink together. Vegetarian or vegan preferred!

We have a very friendly and cuddly dog, which we all adore look after. She's 11 yo and very low maintenance (she will happily join you on a walk to park, pub or a cafe). She sometimes goes away on her doggy holidays to see her owner but looking for someone who's happy to share the duties to look after her.
