I am looking to rent out my spare room in my 2 bedroom flat in Streatham Hill. The room available is a large double, furnished room. You have access to your own bathroom for sole use (as I have an en-suite). The flat has a separate lounge and kitchen diner. Washer/condenser dryer, dishwasher available. There is an outdoor roof terrace accessible off my bedroom. It is a top floor flat (3rd floor) with no lift, you do get used to the stairs and it is great exercise! The flat is 5 mins walk to streatham hill train station with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. Within 1 minutes walk are a huge number of buses which go to brixton, clapham, stockwell, tooting, balham, croydon. The bus takes approx 15 mins to brixton tube. The room is initially available from 15th June on a short term let with scope for rolling contract. I'm in the process of moving flats but don't have a completion date. I'll be taking on a lodger in the new place too so if things work out well would consider taking a new tenant with me. Price is a reflection of the short term natire. For anyone who may want to stay longer we can discuss rental pricing. Please note that I have a ginger male cat and a male ragdoll and I am looking for a tenant who loves cats and wants to play with them and help look after them too so please only enquire if you are a fan of cats and not allergic.
